I am currently working with a well-recognised Tech startup in the inner Eastern suburbs of Melbourne that is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team.
  
If you are a Marketer who is a self-starter and enjoys the challenge of generating business leads for a strong product, you would want to hear about this role. In this role, you will be provided with the opportunity to shape your own position, have a strong input in the marketing vision, see and track your own input.
  
Working alongside a small team, your role is to implement digital marketing campaigns to help grow the business’s clientele through lead generation. As a result, having a B2B experience and background is a must.
  
Main responsibilities:
  
First priority: Demand generation with data analytic mindset (Understand data, and able to collect data from various channels to execute and measure performance)

Plan, execute campaigns
Able to measure and report the success of campaigns
AB testing
Optimise conversion rates
  
Second priority: Social media & search marketing
  
SEO/SEM/PPC...
Grow social media followers
Increase engagements
  
Third Priority Creativity and storytelling
  
Translate technical to human-friendly words and business outcomes
Understand stakeholders and their KPIs
Understand personas tell relevant compelling stories
Writing skills
  
Fourth priority: Graphics
  
Good eyes for visual design and simplicity of expression to help guide the brand’s image
Able to create/edit videos and graphic materials (good to have)
  
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of demand generation and digital marketing experience
  • Good understanding of IT and business persona
  • Experience developing the strategy for and executing webinar campaigns
  • Expertise in CRM software
  • Expertise in marketing automation software (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.) and webinar software (ReadyTalk, On24, Zoom, etc.)
  • Results-driven and focused on ROI
  • Strong collaboration and organisational skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • B2B experience
