Around 18 months ago two successful agencies joined forces to create a strategic brand and digital agency.
Their combined clients include the finance, arts and culture, education, health and FMCG sectors.
With a brand refresh on the horizon and a wide range of projects they are looking for an ambitious creative who loves pitching their ideas to clients.
Supported by a small and growing team of designers some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the creative process and concept development across all business streams
- Developing brand design systems
- Leading creative brainstorming sessions
- Inspiring, motivating and driving innovative thinking in the agency
- Collaborative small and growing team of designers
- You will become an influential creative force within their team
- You will be the creative lead in the agency
- Career path to Creative Director
A little about you:
- Experience developing and maintaining brand and visual identity.
- You are known for being a creative problem solver and able to think through complex problems in a strategic way.
- You have the confidence to present and voice an informed opinion when it comes to your designs.
