They're looking for a Studio / Creative Manager to join their in house team on a 4 days a week basis commencing as soon as possible through to June (and possibly even beyond).
In this role, you'll be creating everything from collateral to support the sales team, marketing and POS, and creative assets. You'll have a small team of Graphic Designers who will be reporting into you and you'll be responsible for ensuring that the creative requirements are delivered accurately, promptly and consistently on brand.
This role may also see you occasionally required to get on the tools and to help out where necessary although your strength will really be in working with internal and external stakeholders and to guide your designers. Ultimately, you're managing design excellence from creative inception through pre-press to production.
Your prior industry experience in a similar role means that you know how to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and understood in order to produce further pieces of collateral.
You'll lead your team naturally, and you'll equally be able to provide guidance, feedback and support to external and internal stakeholders while tracking jobs and strategically managing them strategically manage the design process from beginning to end.
You'll have the ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail, quickly generate concepts to meet tight deadlines, multi-task while juggling priorities and have a professional and approachable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you've come from a similar corporate in house position and understand the nature of internal briefing as well as internal processes.at are on brief, on time and on budget You'll have experience in managing both creative workflow process and designers of various levels, trafficking and studio management, with extensive experience in design and production management ideally within the FMCG industry or brand agencies being an advantage.
You'll have a high level of experience proficiency working in Creative Suite CC and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be a plus.
