You’ll have the support of a hardworking team who also love to have fun, and who may suggest a hobby other than Excel.
Run by three talented women, this strategic branding agency specialises in repositioning brands, increasing sales, and creating growth. You would help them achieve all that by ensuring the studio is running smoothly - from allocating work to checking quotes and instilling best practices in the Account Managers. You’ll need to demonstrate your excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships, along with those razor-sharp planning capabilities.
The role covers three main areas:
1. Studio management:
- Traffic management: planning 1-4 weeks ahead across all projects
- Managing the work-in-progress sheet and ensuring the team is fully utilised
- Checking in with team members personally
- Liaising with the Creative Director to ensure the right people are on the right jobs
- Managing outsourcing where necessary,
- Creating a weekly report on billable time
2. Finance:
- Checking quotes and comparing them to previous projects
- Reviewing invoices by the wider team and ensuring all numbers are matching
- Checking invoice drafts at end of the month
- Weekly meetings with accounts
3. Client services management:
- Account Manager mentoring
- Ensuring Account Managers follow processes
- Reviewing client data with Account Managers
- Conducting client surveys
