Responsibilities:
- Work with their advertising agency to develop and implement short & long term brand strategy; including brand vision, tone, value proposition and brand guidelines.
- Situational analysis including SWOT, competitor analysis, customer research, brand analysis, competitor advantages and customer drivers.
- Working with key internal stakeholders to drive and implement brand strategy including; Directors, CMO, VIP Team & Head of Development.
- Creative concept ideation and development for key campaigns.
- Content marketing strategies with particular focus on video content development.
- Working with their media agency on above the line marketing (TV, Radio, OOH) media briefing and planning for key campaigns.
- Assisting with product development ideation in line with brand strategy.
- Strategic marketing objectives.
- Brand health and awareness management.
