An Account Director is required to be confident and to manage a project from initial brief through to client strategy development, producing and presenting client presentations then managing the job through the studio. Briefing and managing suppliers, costing, budget management and general day-to-day business responsibilities.
Your strategic thinking, brand marketing expertise and efficiency to deliver a project on time and within budget is what makes your clients want to work with you, time and time again.
  • Work alongside the strategy team, contributing to the planning process to develop best-in-class strategic recommendations to briefs that range from devising content strategies to full communication programmes to rebranding, from both retained and pitch clients.
  • Take accountability for growing our clients businesses, client satisfaction, and team retention.
  • Provide seamless project delivery, overdelivering on quality and service to make our clients rave about us. 
  • Grow an exciting, energised, and talented young team, and take a leadership role in building the culture of the agency, and the training of the Account Service team.
  • Work alongside the Business Development lead as a new business resource, driving awareness of the brand within the clients’ organisations, and working on the strategic development of new business pitches.
  • 6+ years of experience in creative management and strategy environment.
  • Demonstrated experience running large scale relationships with major clients.
  • Deep knowledge of technological, socio-cultural and media trends.  
  • Experience working on international brands, across various categories.
  • A deep understanding of brand marketing and how to build brilliant brand strategies.  
  • Excellent public speaking skills: storytelling, verbal and written communications skills. This includes the ability to bring an idea to life and confidently pitch that idea to clients.
  • Passionate and curious approach to innovative and non-traditional brand communications.
