Customer Experience (CX) Lead

The CX Lead often reports to the Executive Manager of CX. This person takes the strategy developed by the EMCX, and leads the execution of that Strategy.

Their role is to lead the customer journey research, mapping and blueprinting conducted by a team of service or product designers, researchers and analytics specialists.
